Sirirat Siriwan as an International Leadership & Executive Coach

Sirirat is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), awarded by International Coaching Federation (ICF), an exceptional and respectful executive and leadership coach in Thailand. She has worked globally with many corporate organizations to develop their leaders, talents, and internal coaches. She is trustable, reliable, tough, but also warm and kind. She has coached management and executive in different levels in various industries. Apart from Thai and Expat who has worked in Thailand, she has also worked with clients in different nationalities and cultures. Coaching issues are included emotional management, communication, team building, teamwork, building of confidence, coaching of self and others, proving constructive feedback, creating the balance of leadership, etc. One special quality that leads her to become a great coach is flexibility. She adapts herself very well to different kinds of coaching situations and dares to take risks which help many of her clients leave their comfort zones for growing. Sirirat took many challenging coaching cases and was successful in both one on one, team, and group coaching. Sirirat has presently accumulated more than 2,600 coaching hours. She can deliver coaching in Thai and English.

Sirirat is a great facilitator who has helped develop more than 10,000 people in the areas of Coaching, Leadership, and Presentation, as well as Emotional Management and Brain-Based Communication Skills. The ways she delivers the programs is powerful as she has done very well in balancing and expressing of her personality of confidence and care in facilitating learning for different groups of participants. She is shining which helps her participants shine too. Majority of the groups of her participants are executives, managers, and team leaders. She is the great storyteller, observer, and feedbacker. She always does well in preparation part by studying the background of her clients and participants to deliver the relevant programs in the ways that meet defined expectations. Sirirat prefers to call herself as a Facilitator rather than a Trainer or an Instructor as she usually utilizes facilitating skills to facilitate participant’s thinking and integrate group coaching with other related impactful methodologies to maximize the program outcomes.
